EstateBidder is a mobile + web app that helps owners of heirloom and estate jewelry get realistic offers without the usual time-wasting, lowballing, and sketchy DMs. Users create a listing with guided photo capture, basic measurements, and any paperwork they have. The app then runs a structured “request for offers” to a curated pool of vetted local jewelers, estate buyers, and auction partners who must submit offers in a standardized format (price, payout timing, return window, conditions). A lightweight AI assistant helps users describe items accurately and flags missing info that typically kills offers (e.g., hallmarks, stone dimensions). Optional add-ons include insured shipping labels and third-party authentication appointments. The goal isn’t to replace appraisers; it’s to create a cleaner, faster market workflow that protects sellers and saves buyers time.
