EstatePulse is a web app with companion mobile apps for high-net-worth property owners and their property managers to run multi-property estates without chaos. It centralizes vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, warranties, insurance documents, staff rosters, and recurring tasks into a single operational command center. The AI layer reads invoices, emails, and inspection reports to auto-tag issues, extract key dates (renewals, expirations), and draft work orders and owner-ready summaries. It also provides a “risk radar” that flags likely problems (missed servicing, unusual spend spikes, lapsed coverage) and creates an audit trail for approvals and payments. Reality check: it’s not a magic concierge—its value is reducing mistakes, missed deadlines, and the constant back-and-forth that burns time and money in luxury property management.
