EstateSpec is a mobile + web app for high-end homeowners and their teams to plan and purchase premium home interiors with fewer mistakes. It centralizes room-by-room specifications: exact SKUs, finishes, dimensions, lead times, warranties, and approved alternates. Users can build a “spec book,” request quotes from vetted vendors, track deposits and delivery windows, and log install photos and punch-list items. An AI layer reads invoices, proposals, and tear sheets to auto-extract product details, flag mismatches (finish, size, voltage), and warn about long-lead items that will derail timelines. This is not a marketplace trying to replace designers; it’s a coordination and risk-reduction tool that plugs into how projects actually run. Revenue comes from subscriptions for households/designers plus optional vendor verification and document-processing add-ons.
