EthicsLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized companies document, score, and publish their business-ethics practices in a way customers and procurement teams can actually verify. It guides teams through a practical ethics framework (labor, bribery, environmental claims, supplier conduct, conflicts of interest), collects evidence (policies, invoices, certifications, photos), and generates an “Ethics Dossier” shareable via link or QR code. An AI assistant flags weak or contradictory claims, suggests missing documentation, and drafts plain-language disclosures that avoid greenwashing. The app is built for reality: most firms won’t pay for full ESG suites, and most “ethical” claims are marketing fluff. EthicsLedger focuses on defensible proof, not virtue signaling. It also includes a simple supplier request portal so vendors can upload documents once and reuse them across buyers.
