EthicsPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps research teams continuously monitor and document ethics risks across the full study lifecycle—not just at IRB submission. It provides lightweight, structured check-ins for consent quality, protocol deviations, adverse events, data handling, and participant complaints, then turns them into an audit-ready timeline and action log. The AI layer drafts plain-language summaries, flags inconsistent entries, and suggests next steps aligned to common regulations and institutional policies, but it never “approves” anything—humans stay accountable. The goal is to reduce the messy, last-minute scramble when something goes wrong or when a funder/auditor asks for evidence. Realistically, it wins by being simpler than enterprise compliance suites and more practical than static templates and spreadsheets.
