EthicsPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps organizations operationalize business ethics into repeatable, documented decisions. Teams create a lightweight “values policy” (e.g., fairness, transparency, human dignity), then run real scenarios—vendor selection, pricing changes, layoffs, data use—through structured checklists and approvals. The app produces an audit-ready decision record: stakeholders consulted, risks considered, mitigations chosen, and a plain-language rationale that can be shared internally or with regulators. An AI assistant can draft the first-pass rationale, flag missing considerations (e.g., conflicts of interest, vulnerable groups), and suggest questions—not final answers. It also includes anonymous reporting and trend dashboards so leadership can spot recurring ethical hotspots before they become PR crises or legal problems. This is not a feel-good culture tool; it’s a practical workflow for reducing ethical drift and “we didn’t think about it” failures.
