EvacDrillr

EvacDrillr is a mobile + web app for running fire and emergency evacuation drills that are actually measurable. Safety managers create a drill plan (scenario, routes, wardens, assembly points), push it to occupants, and track participation via QR check-ins at muster points. The app timestamps key milestones (alarm acknowledged, floor cleared, headcount complete) and generates audit-ready reports for insurers, regulators, and internal leadership. It also stores floor plans, warden rosters, and accessibility notes (mobility-impaired occupants, refuge areas) so drills reflect reality. This is not a consumer “fire safety tips” app; it’s operational tooling for buildings that need proof. The MVP focuses on drill execution and reporting, not real-time emergency response (which is harder, riskier, and crowded).
