EvacProof

EvacProof is a mobile + web crisis-response app that confirms who actually evacuated, who is still inside, and where the gaps are—without relying on perfect connectivity or honest self-reporting. During an incident (fire, active threat, chemical leak), teams often get conflicting headcounts from chats, phone trees, and badge logs. EvacProof combines offline-first mobile check-ins, QR/NFC muster-point scans, and optional badge/door-system imports to produce a single, time-stamped evacuation ledger. Supervisors see a live “known safe / unknown / likely inside” roster, with escalation rules for high-risk roles and locations. The system is designed for messy reality: partial data, dead batteries, panicked users, and intermittent Wi‑Fi. It’s not a magic safety guarantee; it’s a faster, more defensible way to reduce uncertainty and document actions for post-incident review and compliance.
