EvacTwin

EvacTwin is a web + mobile digital twin of buildings focused on emergency readiness, not pretty 3D visuals. It converts existing floor plans, basic BIM/IFC files, and on-site walkthrough scans into a navigable “action map” that highlights exits, fire doors, AEDs, extinguishers, shutoff valves, refuge areas, and accessibility routes. During drills or real incidents, staff can push real-time updates (blocked stairwell, smoke zone, elevator down) and the app generates role-based instructions for wardens, security, and occupants. It also stores compliance evidence: drill logs, inspection timestamps, and annotated incident reports tied to exact locations in the twin. This is not a full-blown smart-building platform; it deliberately stays lightweight so mid-market facilities can deploy it without months of integration work.
