EvidenceVault is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for incident responders who constantly lose time proving what happened, when, and who touched what. It creates a tamper-evident evidence log for files, screenshots, memory dumps, emails, and ticket exports, then ties each artifact to a timeline and handler actions. The AI component helps auto-label artifacts, extract key indicators (IPs, hashes, domains), and suggest a minimal incident narrative for legal, insurance, or executive review—without pretending it can “solve” the incident. The product focuses on defensible documentation: immutable audit trails, standardized collection checklists, and exportable reports that match common regulatory and cyber-insurance expectations. It’s not a full SOAR replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that makes evidence handling and reporting less error-prone for small-to-mid teams that can’t afford heavy platforms or dedicated GRC staff.
