EvidenFlow is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that automates compliance evidence collection and keeps it audit-ready year-round. Instead of chasing screenshots and spreadsheets before SOC 2/ISO 27001/PCI audits, it connects to your core systems (cloud, IAM, ticketing, CI/CD, HRIS) and continuously pulls verifiable artifacts: access reviews, change approvals, logging settings, encryption configs, and incident records. It maps each artifact to specific controls, flags gaps, and generates an auditor-friendly evidence pack with timestamps, source links, and immutable logs. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional connectors and control mapping, plus AI to classify artifacts, detect missing evidence, and draft concise narratives for control operation. Realistically, the hard part is reliable integrations and trust; the product wins by being boring, accurate, and fast.
