EvidenSure

EvidenSure is a web app that automatically tracks when compliance and audit evidence becomes stale and prompts teams to refresh it before it risks failing an audit. Connect your evidence sources (Google Drive/SharePoint, Jira, GitHub, cloud consoles) and map artifacts to controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA). EvidenSure assigns each artifact an expiry policy (time-based, change-based, or owner-defined), monitors signals like last updated date, linked ticket status, and system configuration drift, then sends targeted refresh requests to the right owner with a one-click “re-attest” or “upload new proof” workflow. A dashboard shows readiness by framework, control, and owner, with an audit export pack that includes timestamps, approver history, and immutable logs. The goal is fewer last-minute scrambles, fewer audit findings, and a repeatable evidence lifecycle.
