EvidenTrace

EvidenTrace is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps facilities build defensible environmental compliance evidence packs without buying a full-blown EHS suite. It focuses on the boring but painful part: proving you did what the permit/regulation requires. Users map obligations (e.g., stormwater inspections, waste manifests, stack tests) to a simple calendar, then attach time-stamped evidence: photos, PDFs, lab results, contractor reports, and sensor exports. The app auto-generates an “audit binder” by requirement, site, and time period, with a clear chain-of-custody log and version history. It includes lightweight workflows for review/approval and reminders, but avoids trying to replace existing CMMS/LIMS systems. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify uploads, extract key fields, and flag missing or inconsistent evidence. The goal is fewer scramble-weeks before audits and fewer findings due to missing documentation.
