EvidenTrace is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps regulated facilities assemble audit-ready proof for environmental compliance—without trying to replace their EHS program. Instead of promising “full compliance automation,” it focuses on the ugly reality: inspectors ask for specific documents, logs, photos, calibration certificates, manifests, and training records on short notice. EvidenTrace provides structured evidence checklists by permit/program (air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste), a timeline view of what was collected and when, and a secure “inspection room” link to share read-only evidence packets with regulators or corporate auditors. The AI component suggests missing evidence based on what’s uploaded and flags inconsistencies (e.g., dates, signatures, expired certs), but users remain in control. It’s designed for small-to-mid industrial sites that can’t afford enterprise suites yet still face real enforcement risk.
