You record 60–180 second responses to prompts like “deliver bad news,” “push back on scope,” or “answer a hostile board question.” The app analyzes voice (pace, filler words, confidence), language (clarity, structure, hedging), and on-camera presence (eye contact, posture) and returns a scorecard plus 2–3 concrete fixes for the next take. It also generates a tighter rewrite of your message in your own tone, then forces you to re-record until you hit a target standard. A manager/coach can review clips asynchronously with timestamped comments.
