ExecTrackr
ExecTrackr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for government executive offices to manage policy implementation like a delivery pipeline. It converts executive directives, cabinet decisions, and legislative mandates into measurable milestones, owners, dependencies, and due dates. Agencies submit lightweight progress updates with evidence links (memos, procurement steps, program outputs), and the system auto-generates status dashboards for leadership briefings. A built-in risk register flags slippage, missing artifacts, and cross-agency blockers, while audit-ready timelines preserve who said what, when. This is not a magic “policy success” machine: it won’t fix politics, funding gaps, or bad data. It will, however, make implementation work visible, comparable across agencies, and harder to quietly ignore. The AI layer helps summarize updates, detect inconsistent claims, and draft briefing notes—always with citations back to source documents.
