ExecutorPing is a web + mobile app that keeps your estate plan “operational,” not just filed away. Users upload a plain-language summary of their will/trust, key contacts (attorney, CPA, financial institutions), and a checklist of where critical assets live. The app runs lightweight, scheduled “readiness pings” to the user and designated executor(s): confirm access locations, update beneficiaries, verify account lists, and log where originals are stored. It also supports a controlled “release” flow: if the user misses multiple check-ins, the app escalates to trusted contacts and can unlock specific documents or instructions based on pre-set rules. This is not a DIY will maker; it’s the maintenance layer that reduces executor chaos, missed assets, and family confusion.
