ExhibitOps

ExhibitOps is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small museums, galleries, and independent curators plan and execute exhibitions without drowning in spreadsheets, email threads, and scattered PDFs. It centralizes object checklists, loan agreements, condition reports, shipping milestones, installation tasks, wall-label copy, and stakeholder approvals in one timeline-driven workspace. An AI assistant can draft label text variants, summarize lender requirements from uploaded PDFs, and flag schedule risks (e.g., shipping lead times vs. install dates). The product is intentionally not a “portfolio” or “art discovery” app; it’s operational software for getting shows delivered on time and on budget. Reality check: sales cycles can be slow and budgets are tight, so pricing must be modest and onboarding must be dead simple. The win is replacing chaos with accountability and traceability.
