ExhibitProof is a mobile + web app that helps small galleries and independent artists create credible, shareable provenance and condition records for artworks in minutes. Users photograph a work, capture key metadata (dimensions, medium, signatures, edition info), and generate a tamper-evident “artwork passport” with a time-stamped audit trail. Buyers get a clean public link and QR code they can scan at a show to verify details, view condition photos, and see ownership/loan history entries the seller chooses to disclose. It’s not a magic authenticity machine—it's a practical documentation tool that reduces disputes, improves buyer confidence, and makes inventory and consignment paperwork less chaotic. The product focuses on real-world workflows: intake, consignment agreements, condition reporting, and sales handoff—without requiring blockchain hype or enterprise collection-management pricing.
