ExhibitPulse
ExhibitPulse is a web + mobile app for museums to measure exhibit engagement using visitors’ own phones. Visitors scan a QR at an exhibit to get optional bite-sized context (audio, captions, kid mode) and, in return, the museum gets real analytics: dwell time estimates, drop-off points, repeat visits, and what content actually gets opened. Staff can run quick A/B tests (two label versions, two audio intros) and see results in days, not months. It’s not magic: it won’t replace ticketing or full-blown CRM, and it won’t track people who refuse to scan. But it gives small and mid-sized museums a practical, affordable way to improve exhibits and justify funding with data. The AI component summarizes qualitative feedback into themes and suggests label edits, while keeping raw comments accessible for curators.
