ExitClause helps people make big-ticket decisions by quantifying the cost of backing out later. You enter a planned purchase (car, apartment lease, solar, wedding venue, gym contract, furniture financing) and the app builds a “change-your-mind” model: cancellation fees, depreciation curves, return windows, resale value ranges, financing prepayment penalties, and time-to-sell estimates. It then outputs a simple comparison: keep vs. cancel vs. resell, with the break-even date and worst-case cash hit. You can upload contracts/PDFs or screenshots; the app extracts key terms and flags ambiguous clauses you should confirm. It also creates a checklist of questions to ask the seller/landlord before signing. This is not a deal-finder; it’s a commitment-risk calculator that prevents expensive regret.
