ExitDebrief

ExitDebrief is a web app with optional mobile-friendly surveys that helps small and mid-sized companies run consistent, legally safer exit interviews and actually use the results. It provides role-based templates (IC, manager, sales, engineering), anonymous and identified modes, and a structured workflow from invitation to summary. The AI layer clusters feedback into themes (pay, manager quality, workload, career growth), flags HR-risk language (harassment, discrimination, retaliation), and generates a plain-English action memo with suggested owners and timelines. It also tracks “repeat reasons” over time and compares departments without pretending to be statistically perfect. The product is intentionally lightweight: it won’t replace your HRIS, and it won’t magically fix culture. It will, however, reduce the chaos of ad-hoc interviews, make insights searchable, and help HR leaders show leadership concrete, prioritized issues backed by quotes and trend lines.
