ExitLedger is a web + mobile AI-assisted exit planner for employees preparing to leave a job (resignation, layoff, or career break). It turns a messy, emotional process into a checklist-driven timeline: notice period planning, benefits/COBRA reminders, equity/RSU exercise deadlines, PTO payout estimates, device return steps, and a “bridge plan” for references and knowledge transfer. Users upload offer letters, equity grants, and HR PDFs; the app extracts key dates and obligations, flags risks (non-compete clauses, repayment agreements, bonus clawbacks), and generates a clean departure packet: resignation email, transition plan, handoff doc template, and a personal “what to say” script for manager and teammates. It also tracks runway (cash, severance, unemployment eligibility) with conservative assumptions. The goal isn’t inspiration—it’s avoiding expensive mistakes and awkward exits.
