ExitLeverage is a web + mobile AI-assisted decision tool for employees weighing a counteroffer after resigning. It guides users through a structured, evidence-based flow: why they’re leaving, what changed, what’s being promised, and what’s missing (scope, manager, growth, culture). Users upload or paste the counteroffer details and their new offer; the app extracts terms, flags vague language, and generates a negotiation checklist plus a “risk of regret” score based on common counteroffer failure patterns (e.g., delayed promotion, role ambiguity, retention-only raises). It also produces a one-page summary users can share with a partner/mentor and a script builder for declining or negotiating respectfully. This isn’t a magic predictor—it's a clarity tool that reduces emotional decision-making and helps users document commitments before they accept anything.
