ExitProof helps employees in toxic workplaces document incidents, track patterns, and prepare a clean, defensible exit plan. It’s not therapy and it won’t “fix” a bad boss; it’s a practical tool to reduce chaos and protect you when things get ugly. Users log events with timestamps, witnesses, attachments, and impact notes, then the app auto-organizes them into a timeline and a concise “case packet” you can export for HR, an employment lawyer, or your own records. It also includes a resignation/transfer planner: savings runway calculator, job-search checklist, and script templates for difficult conversations. A built-in risk meter flags when your documentation is weak (too emotional, missing specifics) and suggests what to capture next. Privacy is the product: local encryption, optional anonymous cloud backup, and a “panic lock” to hide the app instantly.
