ExitProof is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly employee view) that runs structured exit interviews and turns them into defensible, actionable reports. Employees get a short, anonymous survey plus an optional guided written statement; HR gets a dashboard that separates “fixable issues” from “legal risk” and “manager coaching” signals. The AI component summarizes themes, flags potential retaliation/discrimination language, and suggests follow-up questions—without pretending it’s a lawyer. It also produces a clean audit trail: consent, timestamps, question versions, and redacted exports for counsel. The brutal truth: most exit interviews are inconsistent, biased, and unusable because managers freestyle them, employees don’t trust confidentiality, and HR can’t quantify patterns. ExitProof focuses on consistency, anonymity controls, and exportable evidence so companies can actually act (or defend) when problems repeat.
