ExitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile manager view) that standardizes and automates exit and stay interviews, then turns messy feedback into a prioritized retention plan. Employees get a short, anonymous, mobile-friendly flow that adapts by role, tenure, and reason for leaving. HR gets clean dashboards that separate "manager issues" from "compensation" from "career path" and flags hotspots by team, location, and job family. The AI layer summarizes themes, detects emerging risks (e.g., burnout, toxic leadership signals), and generates action items with owners and due dates—without pretending it can read minds. It also supports "stay interviews" for high-risk teams so you’re not only learning after people quit. Realistically, it won’t fix culture by itself; it just makes the problems undeniable, measurable, and trackable so leaders must act.
