ExitPulse

ExitPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that runs structured, high-signal exit and stay interviews and turns them into actionable leadership insights. It collects anonymous feedback from departing employees and current team members using short, research-backed prompts, then clusters themes by manager, team, location, and tenure while protecting identities with minimum-group thresholds. The app outputs a prioritized “Fix List” for leaders: top drivers of attrition, examples of verbatim comments, and recommended interventions (policy, workload, manager coaching, comp adjustments) with estimated impact and effort. It also tracks whether actions were taken and whether retention and engagement metrics improved over time. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps summarize and cluster feedback, but the core value is rigorous workflow, anonymity controls, and accountability so insights actually lead to change.
