It provides branded, anonymous-by-default exit surveys, structured interview guides for managers/HR, and an AI-assisted analysis layer that clusters themes (pay, manager quality, workload, growth, toxicity) and flags repeat patterns by team, role, and location. The app generates executive-ready reports with trend lines and “top 3 fix-now drivers,” plus a lightweight action tracker so HR can assign owners and deadlines. It integrates with common HRIS systems to prefill employee metadata and reduce manual work. Brutal truth: most companies already collect exit feedback and then do nothing; this product wins only if it makes acting on insights faster than ignoring them.
