The product focuses on credibility: it flags low-sample-size conclusions, detects leading questions, and separates “emotion” from “verifiable process issues.” It also produces a board-ready quarterly report with trendlines and recommended interventions tied to estimated retention impact. This is not a magic “AI will fix culture” tool; it’s a workflow and reporting system that makes exit data usable, consistent, and harder to ignore.
