ExitRamp is a web + mobile AI app that helps people test a career change with real evidence, not vibes. Users pick 1–3 target roles, then the app builds a 30-day “proof plan” made of small, realistic tasks (mini-projects, mock deliverables, short informational interview scripts, and portfolio artifacts). It tracks time spent, friction, and enjoyment, and compares your outputs to anonymized benchmarks from people already in that role. It also generates a brutally honest gap report: missing skills, weak signals on your resume/LinkedIn, and what hiring managers actually screen for. Instead of generic courses, ExitRamp recommends the minimum set of actions that create credible signals (portfolio piece, certification only if it matters, measurable outcomes). The goal is to reduce expensive mistakes: quitting too early, chasing trendy roles, or spending months learning things employers don’t reward.
