ExitReady

ExitReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps founders and CFOs run a realistic, buyer-style “pre-diligence” check before they hire bankers or enter LOI. It connects to accounting (QuickBooks/Xero), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and data rooms (Google Drive/Dropbox) to auto-build a diligence index: revenue quality, customer concentration, margin consistency, cohort retention, IP/contract hygiene, and key-person risk. It produces a red-flag report, a prioritized fix list, and a timeline to become “sellable,” plus a lightweight virtual data room structure and document checklist. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes contracts, flags missing clauses, and drafts buyer Q&A responses, but the core value is structured scoring and workflow. It’s not a broker and won’t “find buyers”; it prepares you to survive diligence and avoid price chips.
