ExitReady is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees treat job security like a measurable risk, not a vague fear. It combines a private “signals” check-in (team changes, budget freezes, manager behavior, workload shifts) with hard data you can actually gather: job-posting trends for your role, company hiring velocity, and industry contraction indicators. The app outputs a simple risk band (Low/Medium/High) with a blunt explanation and an action plan: update resume/portfolio checklist, outreach targets, emergency cash runway calculator, and a weekly job-search sprint plan. It also includes a secure document vault for performance receipts (wins, metrics, reviews) so you can negotiate or interview fast. It will not promise to predict layoffs perfectly—no one can—but it will help you detect patterns earlier and move sooner with less panic.
