ExitScript is a web + mobile AI-assisted offboarding planner for employees who want to resign without drama or legal/HR mistakes. It guides users through a realistic checklist: notice timing, resignation letter/email drafts, manager meeting agenda, handover plan, documentation pack, and boundary-setting scripts for counteroffers and guilt trips. It also generates a “handover bundle” (project status, key contacts, access list, recurring tasks) that you can export to PDF/Notion/Google Docs. A risk scan flags obvious red flags (non-compete language, unpaid PTO rules, equipment return, final paycheck expectations) with clear “ask HR/attorney” prompts—no pretending it’s legal advice. The app includes a calendar-based countdown, reminders, and a private notes vault. It’s built for speed: most users can produce a complete resignation + transition package in under an hour, then execute over 1–4 weeks.
