ExitSignal
ExitSignal is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that predicts culture breakdown by analyzing “leading indicators” instead of annual surveys. It combines lightweight weekly pulse questions with passive signals you can legally and ethically access: meeting load trends, after-hours messaging volume, response-time pressure, and manager 1:1 consistency. The AI layer summarizes what’s changing, flags hotspots by team, and suggests concrete interventions (e.g., reduce recurring meetings, enforce quiet hours, manager coaching prompts). It also includes an anonymous “friction inbox” where employees can report recurring blockers with structured categories, so leadership gets actionable patterns rather than rants. The product is blunt: it will show uncomfortable truths, like which teams are burning out or where psychological safety is collapsing. It’s designed for companies that actually want to retain talent, not just look good on a culture deck.
