It combines traditional workflows with AI: employees get a short, anonymous, adaptive questionnaire plus an optional voice/text narrative, while HR gets a clean dashboard that separates “manager issue,” “compensation,” “career growth,” and “workload” signals. The AI summarizes themes, flags contradictions, and highlights likely root causes, but it never pretends to be a truth machine—everything is traceable back to quotes and survey items. The product focuses on speed and credibility: pre-built templates by role/industry, a legal-safe redaction layer, and a “close-the-loop” module that tracks what the company changed after exits.
