ExitTerms is a web + mobile app that helps separating couples reach a workable agreement faster by structuring the messy parts: assets, debts, schedules, communication rules, and deadlines. It guides both parties through a neutral, step-by-step “term sheet” flow, flags missing information, and produces a clean, shareable summary for mediation or attorney review. It’s not a replacement for legal advice; it’s a coordination and documentation tool that reduces back-and-forth and prevents “we never agreed on that” blowups. The app includes a secure shared workspace, version history, and a conflict-aware negotiation mode where each person can propose edits privately before revealing them. A lightweight AI layer can translate emotional messages into neutral language, summarize points of disagreement, and suggest standard clause options based on jurisdiction-specific templates (with clear disclaimers).
