ExoDose

ExoDose is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps exotic-animal vets and vet techs calculate and double-check drug doses for non-traditional species (reptiles, birds, small mammals, amphibians). Users select species, weight, route, and indication, and the app returns dosing ranges, dilution guidance, and red-flag contraindications with citations and confidence notes. It also generates a printable client handout and a clinic-ready note snippet. The brutal truth: exotic dosing references are fragmented, paywalled, and often anecdotal; clinicians waste time cross-checking and still worry about errors. ExoDose wins by being fast, citation-forward, and built for real clinic workflow (offline mode, favorites, audit trail). AI is used only to summarize references and draft handouts—not to invent doses—because hallucinations would be dangerous and liability-heavy.
