ExoFollowUp

ExoFollowUp is a mobile + web app that helps exotic animal clinics run consistent, species-specific post-visit care and recheck workflows without relying on staff memory or generic reminders. It provides templated follow-up plans for common exotics (rabbits, reptiles, birds, small mammals) with timed check-ins, red-flag symptom prompts, medication and feeding reminders, and photo/video uploads from owners. The clinic gets a lightweight dashboard showing which patients are deteriorating, which owners are noncompliant, and who needs a call-back. It integrates with SMS/email and can export notes back into the clinic’s medical record as a summary. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to summarize owner-submitted updates into a concise “what changed” note and to triage messages into urgency buckets, but it does not diagnose. The goal is fewer complications, fewer missed rechecks, and less phone-tag.
