The app includes a lightweight compliance checklist by jurisdiction (permits, quarantine, transport rules) and a chain-of-custody log for seized or surrendered animals. A shared availability board helps match animals to foster homes or partner facilities based on capacity, experience, and species restrictions. This is not glamorous—it’s operational plumbing—but it reduces chaos, lost info, and liability during high-stress rescues. Monetization fits reality: tiered SaaS for rescues plus optional paid seats for partner sanctuaries and vets.
