ExpirySentry is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that centralizes time-sensitive documents and turns them into a reliable renewal/obligation calendar. Users upload contracts, insurance certificates, leases, licenses, and vendor agreements; the app extracts key dates (renewal, notice window, termination, price-change clauses) and assigns owners with escalation rules. The core value is operational: fewer accidental auto-renewals, fewer lapsed certificates, and fewer last-minute scrambles. It includes a lightweight repository, audit trail for who acknowledged reminders, and a simple “what’s due in 30/60/90 days” dashboard for finance and ops. This is an AI-assisted app (for extraction) combined with traditional workflow and permissions. It’s intentionally not a full CLM replacement; it’s a focused layer that can sit on top of Google Drive/SharePoint/Dropbox via connectors for teams that won’t migrate everything.
