FailForge

FailForge is a mobile + web AI-assisted resilience trainer that helps users process failures fast and convert them into concrete next actions. Instead of generic motivation, it runs a short “Failure Debrief” flow: what happened, what you controlled, what you didn’t, what you’ll try next, and what early warning signs to watch. The app then schedules tiny “exposure reps” (uncomfortable but safe micro-challenges) to rebuild grit through practice, not quotes. It tracks avoidance patterns, streaks of hard tasks attempted (not completed), and recovery time after setbacks. Users can optionally share debriefs with an accountability partner or coach, but privacy is default. This is not therapy and won’t replace it; it’s a structured habit tool for people who want to stop spiraling after rejection, criticism, or missed goals and build a repeatable bounce-back routine.
