FailForward

FailForward is a mobile + web AI app that helps users build a growth mindset by converting real-life setbacks into repeatable learning loops. Instead of generic affirmations, it asks you to log a “micro-failure” (missed deadline, awkward conversation, rejected pitch), then guides you through a structured debrief: what you controlled, what you assumed, what you’ll test next. The app generates a single next experiment (small, time-boxed, measurable) and schedules it. Over time, it builds a personal “failure library” with patterns (common triggers, avoidance behaviors, skill gaps) and shows progress via streaks of experiments completed—not mood. It also includes optional accountability circles (2–5 people) where you share only the experiment, not the story, to reduce performative vulnerability. The goal is practical behavior change, not inspiration content.
