FailoverFax is a web + mobile business continuity app that gives teams a pre-built “offline-first” command center for outages, ransomware events, and cloud failures. It stores critical runbooks, vendor contacts, escalation paths, and decision checklists in an encrypted vault that remains accessible even when SSO, email, or Slack are down. The app includes a lightweight incident bridge (SMS + voice dial-out) and a status page generator that can be hosted outside your primary cloud. It also provides quarterly continuity drills with timed prompts and evidence capture for audits (SOC 2/ISO 27001). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps convert messy docs into structured runbooks and suggests missing steps, but humans approve everything. The goal is boring reliability, not flashy dashboards.
