FailoverKit

FailoverKit is a web + mobile app (with an optional lightweight desktop agent) that keeps your most critical operational knowledge and recovery assets available even when your primary tools are down. It syncs and caches incident runbooks, architecture diagrams, vendor contacts, and emergency credentials (via integrations) into an encrypted offline vault on designated devices. When Slack, Confluence, or your password manager is unavailable, teams can still access a “break-glass” recovery pack, execute checklists, and log actions locally; once connectivity returns, it reconciles and exports the incident timeline. It also runs scheduled “redundancy drills” that verify backups exist, runbooks aren’t stale, and on-call staff can actually unlock the vault. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps keep runbooks updated and generates drill scenarios, but the core value is reliable offline redundancy.
