FailoverKit
FailoverKit is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid businesses that need business continuity plans that work during real outages. It turns a BCP into short, role-based runbooks with timed tasks, owner assignment, and escalation paths that still function when Slack, email, or SSO are down. The mobile app caches critical runbooks, contact trees, vendor numbers, and decision trees for offline use, then syncs audit trails once connectivity returns. A lightweight “readiness pulse” schedules micro-drills (5–10 minutes) and records completion evidence (screenshots, notes, timestamps) to prove compliance without heavyweight GRC tooling. It also includes a simple incident bridge: SMS-based check-ins and status updates to keep teams aligned when primary comms fail. This is not a full enterprise BCM suite; it’s a pragmatic execution layer for teams that otherwise keep plans in PDFs nobody follows.
