FairFight

FairFight is a mobile app (with a parent web dashboard) that helps parents handle recurring sibling conflicts without playing full-time referee. Parents set up each child’s profile, common conflict categories (sharing, teasing, screen time, chores), and household rules. When a fight happens, the parent logs it in under 30 seconds (voice or quick taps). The app suggests a short, age-appropriate script and a 2-minute “repair” routine (apology format, restitution options, cooldown timer). Over time it shows patterns: which triggers spike fights, which rules are unclear, and which interventions actually reduce repeat incidents. It also includes a lightweight reward/privilege system tied to “repair completed,” not “who was right,” to avoid reinforcing tattling. This is not magic: it won’t stop conflict. It aims to reduce frequency, shorten duration, and improve repair skills with consistent structure.
