FairPlayKid

FairPlayKid is a mobile app for parents and volunteer coaches to run quick, consistent “house rules” for informal kids’ games (soccer at the park, driveway basketball, recess kickball). It provides sport-specific rule presets, a simple score/timer, and a fast dispute flow: tap the issue (out of bounds, foul, turn order), answer 2–3 prompts, and the app suggests a fair resolution based on the chosen ruleset and age group. It also includes a rotation manager so every kid gets equal turns/positions, reducing arguments and hurt feelings. This is not a replacement for referees in leagues; it’s for the messy reality of pickup and casual play where adults are improvising. The app keeps things moving, reduces adult yelling, and helps kids learn consistent rules and sportsmanship without turning every game into a courtroom.
