FairReview

FairReview is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that makes performance reviews faster and less political by forcing evidence-based inputs. Managers log short “work receipts” tied to projects, tickets, docs, customer outcomes, or peer feedback throughout the cycle, then the app compiles them into a review draft with clear claims and supporting links. HR gets calibration-ready summaries with consistency checks (rating distribution, language bias flags, missing evidence, and role-level expectations). Employees can submit their own receipts and request specific feedback prompts, reducing surprise reviews. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize, detect bias patterns, and generate structured drafts, but final ratings and narratives stay human-owned. The goal is not “more feedback,” but fewer disputes, fewer rewrites, and a cleaner audit trail when promotions or terminations are challenged.
