FairSplit

FairSplit is a mobile + web app that helps couples divide household and life-admin labor without endless arguments. Instead of just listing chores, it tracks recurring tasks, mental-load items (appointments, planning, buying gifts), and “ownership” of outcomes (not just doing a step). Partners set preferences, constraints (work hours, travel, health), and standards (“done means what?”). The app suggests a weekly split, prompts renegotiation when schedules change, and logs completion with lightweight proof (timer, photo optional). It also includes a monthly review that summarizes imbalance trends and flags chronic “manager vs doer” patterns. This is not therapy; it’s operational clarity. The goal is fewer fights, fewer forgotten tasks, and less resentment by making the workload measurable and renegotiable.
